You should now be given an Incident Number and be advised that the call may be chargeable! This will occur for all incoming calls from all clients when looking for suppor. If you are a member of our C.A.M.P. program, the call may not be chargeable, depending upon the services performed. If you have forgotten or are unclear what is covered by C.A.M.P. please call and ask to have a copy of our NEW Q & A Sheet sent to you. Of course, as always, if the problem is with the software not per- forming as it was designed to perform, you will not be charged. If your Support Person does not provide you with an Incident Number, please ask them for one, as you will be asked for it should you need to call back regarding the issue. This system, while developed over several years by Samco, is now going to be followed diligently and we ask your assistance in getting it working smoothly to better serve our clients. |
