REPLY: An industrial and tool supply company
SAMCO: What were some of the major influences behind building an online presence?
REPLY: Many of our customers had seen our previous website and we decided to take it one step further, so we could help the purchasers' and end users' needs.
SAMCO: What has been the biggest change you’ve seen?
REPLY: The online traffic and emails that we receive stating " I was looking at your website" grows every month
SAMCO: Has having eSamco added any extra work?
REPLY: eSamco does nothing but add great benefits for us.
SAMCO: Why eSamco versus a standalone shopping cart or website?
REPLY: Actually we and our customers find it more personal and not a carbon copy site
SAMCO: How long did it take you to get up and running?
REPLY: Not as long as I thought it would. Keeping in contact with our Designated Samco person helped. If a change or tweak was needed, she did it. Also giving her the control to change for both a professional and personal feel was a must.
SAMCO: What challenges did you face after it was up and running? REPLY: No challenges...the odd tweak was needed, but the Samco people are great to deal with. SAMCO: Would you say it has been a success?
REPLY: A great success ...I have had many people compliment us on our eSamco site --
